I'll take it. Especially if Laporte really wants to return to Spain. De Jong fits us perfectlyOh god the swap for De Jong rumours again..

Is Tolmie Phil Foden?
Which head?
Do you still not see an official announcement in the immediate future?Pretty much. He just loves to talk to people and will sometimes hear something, but he's only tapping in to the overall vibe.
At this stage, even Rodney isn't exactly on shaky ground.
Haaland is ours.
If Kane had a buyout, he would be a City playerAs much as I would love Haaland to be at City next season, didn't we hear the same 'definite' it's a done deal news about Kane last summer?
When I see a picture of Haaland in a City shirt next to Pep and or Tixi at the Etihad then I will believe it.
Good man yourself, Delboy.I go back a long way with Rodney. Great bloke.
Very doubtful. Laporte, more chance.
I think Gabby and Sterling will be the major ones.
Maybe plans for Palmer and McAtee. Pep loves Edozie too.Even with Haaland and Alverez coming in surely we can't afford to lose both of them? If we did we wouldn't have many options
C'mon man...English is a modern Germanic language, LOL...How the bloody hell did ye read that lol
Possibly, but we will never know. What I do know is exactly the same things were said about Kane being a done deal as Haaland. And there have been other occasions with other players. The Internet is awash with so called ITKs.If Kane had a buyout, he would be a City player
I knew you were Twinkle toes Gary Owen!I go back a long way with Rodney. Great bloke.
This revisionism I would say is incorrect. I don’t remember the sense of people thinking Kane was ever done. I remember instead months of stories and narratives about Levy not taking calls, not accepting offers, even the ITKs in this forum later on the transfer window saying there disputes about things such as shirt number, contract details etc. We had at least one Spurs fan who joined the forum and wrote a couple of long posts about what their own ITKs were saying. The sense of there being many impediments was present in the media and in this forum, that’s my recollection; what we had was the feeling that he wanted to come and that Pep wanted him. It’s a completely different story nowPossibly, but we will never know. What I do know is exactly the same things were said about Kane being a done deal as Haaland. Put it simple if it was done and signed then we would all know about it. Until then it isn't done.

That's all well and good but what news about Haarland?Pretty much. He just loves to talk to people and will sometimes hear something, but he's only tapping in to the overall vibe.
