I see Champions League football as marmite, love it or hate it ? Because we play in it with our hands, tide and not equals. Manchester city are the only club to be punished and had to fight our corner for the right just to play in it,

if you think UEFA are going to let the court battle they lost be brushed under the carpets, then let see tonight game and how the officials will treat the game and be fair to both teams ? I don't mind getting beat by the team we face and if Real Madrid win fair and square, OK we shake hands and go again next season. But I will never let UEFA officials get to me, and it will take pep or somebody else to call them out as cheats first before anything is done,

They are famous for not giving in and they would only need two to draw level. Obviously it helps but the mind set has to be to forget the first leg and try to win this match.

City and Liverpool are clearly the best two teams in the World.

If we do go through and Liverpool beat us fair and square I will still be glad we got there.

I think I racked up about 25k steps the day of that final. Two trips to the gym, two walks round the local lake and pretty much just pottering about. It was horrible. I’d set a bar opening time of 6pm.

Fuck all that again if we get through. Bar open as early as I need.
