I dont care that they exist....until they give people shit for having a good moan and actually giving a shit.
These “clappers” as you call them probably did have a moan and finished 5min before you posted. They are now on the acceptance phase. Some might even be back at the anger stage. It’s all grief bud lol.

No "we cant win every fucking game"...but we surely can avoid letting in 3 goals in 6 minutes. We were letting them whip crosses in at will.

Moaning about people moaning is truly one of the weirdest anomalies of the internet.
So whats moaning about people moaning about people moaning?

Just watching the players and staff arriving back, they look devastated, are they immature?
Dya expect em to be dancing a jig? Mate, we're ALL devastated & bewildered how we snatched defeat from the jaws of victory, but we've got a league to try & win!

We pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off, come to terms & move on from the defeat & put everything into beating Newcastle who've had a week off & not had to travel overseas & suffer a devastating exhausting defeat after extra time.

Not focusing on the last four games of the season would be an even bigger travesty than last night. If you asked me about the PL or CL priority 24 hours ago, it's still the PL for me. The CL is just a monkey we've got to get off our backs.

With a couple of strikers, a RB (I think Cancelo is a better LB) & a World class CDM to replace Fern, don't you think we'll be better placed to challenge on four fronts next season, than we were with this season's wafer thin squad?

Since Atletico away we've been running on empty & KDB's performance proved that. Pep prefers a smaller squad to give high profile players the chance to play. HOWEVER, this season our squad has been rinsed & it's evident by the lack of substitutions in certain matches that Pep trusts a smaller number of the players than he's got available.

Cancelo, Laporte, Bernardo, Gundog, Sterling & even Fern have all complained about the lack of playing time. It's games like last night's that they want to be a part of, not playing Watford (with all due respect).

It's now gonna be a balancing act to get this playing balance right next season & to also integrate the EDS squad members knocking on the first team door. Pep is the man to handle all of this, but in the immediate, we've got Newcastle to overcome. And that means EVERYBODY, from the players to the fans, the coaching staff & management being focused on the task at hand.

From tomorrow, we go again & try to win versus Newcastle & so on & so forth. We can't do this with our lips wobbling & balling like babies.

More than you can believe. Let’s get back on track. The funeral is over.

Well they are thick as fuck then because not everyone operates on the same timer. Its just the futility and stupidity of moaning that negative comments are arriving after the kind of throw we witnessed last night.

Honestly these folks can get fucked.

It's no secret that the owner wants the big one and as a club at the stage we are now, we need to win it, whatever you think of the merits of the competition, winning it puts you in the elite clubs top table, and that is where we want to be, is it not?

The Premier title is the one we always one to win as priority but as said above, the Champions League is the big cherry on top of a BIG cake.
When did Sheikh Mansour say he wanted the big one?

Also, which is the bigger one? The PL or CL? One pays out more than the other, is harder to win & without competing well in it, you can't play in the other.

Well it was the last time I checked... )(

What do people think of his supposed unprofessional behaviour, personally haven't heard about it before.

Reckon it's absolute bollocks just like the whole injury thing- he obviously has injuries but they weren't a problem until Madrid and Barca magically decided against signing him because of his record, coincidentally at the same time as reports come out that he's chosen to join us

Agreed 100%. I was sat in my hat & coat in the back garden last night for 3 hours contemplating the gravity of this defeat. I took the day off because it hit me so bad, but by 12pm I was coming out of the depression & shock.

So because I've come to terms with the loss & am now fully focused on Newcastle, some dude wants to call me a Happy Clapper? Jeez! :-|

No course not. It’s their job and life. Believe it or not you can still be a ‘proper’ fan and not feel like killing yourself when city loses a game of football

Do we really need to win it now?

Remember we've only been in it for 10 years, for 30 odd years we have been spectators watching others play in it.

Yes it would be nice to win it, of course it would, but it's almost like we've been given a time frame to win it in. We got all the time in the world, and if pep doesn't win it under his tenure then the baton gets passed to the next manager.

Supporting City has always been emotional but we’ve had worse setbacks than currently being one of the best 4 clubs in the world. Last night just makes me want it more, a word class striker dm and lb and we’re there. CTID

I don’t get this happy clapper nonsense. For one thing iv never met a happy clapper. I have met a happy slapper before but not sure that counts.

Anyway, the happy clapper is not real. Every City fan is gutted we lost like we did. Some people can deal with that sadness quicker than others depending on what is happening in their personal lives. The players fucked up. It will happen again in the future. Might even happen on Sunday.
If it does happen on Sunday i want them all gone

He hasn’t but tbh it is the one we need to to make that step up . We will win it in the next 5 years but we need a top draw striker to convert the chances we create .
