No idea. Fair play though, normally these Twitter ITKs don’t risk saying a deal is done, normally it’s City are negotiating. Hes also from his previous posts a city fan. Hes risking it by saying it’s done.

Think RAGS will focus on midfield first before signing any strikers since they are losing 4 players in midfield, pogba, lingard, matic, mata so that gives chance to Atleti to swoop in.
