Leicester is a shit choice for a venue.

I can imagine the FA thinking they’re doing the fans a massive favour having it in the “North” after the hullabaloo of the semi final.

Fact is, it’s a very similar journey time to London as it is to Leicester by train. But a fraction of the number of services. And much more potential for fans of both teams to be trying to cram on the same few trains they’ll be on a Sunday.

I’ve no idea which grounds are available and which aren’t on that date but surely Goodison and Old Trafford would be the logical places to consider first? Plenty of other grounds in the North West with similar capacities to Leicester if not.

No point having at Leicester, when Blackburn has similar capacity. Good travel Links, decent amount of pubs. It's the obvious choice.

Millennium Stadium or whatever its now called would be ok. Near the railway station and centre of town for a piss up.
The Millennium Stadium and the City of Cardiff would be great for me, as it's 12 miles from my family home.
Loads of great pubs nearby and right in the city centre.
The downside is South Wales is jam packed full of Liverpool (and also MUFC fans).
Any spare tickets will be snapped up by the Mickey Mousers...

Home of the Champions surely.

I’d be happy and I’d guess both clubs would be to toss a coin and play it at City or Anfield.

Although no idea about availability. City often ask for an away game first up to prepare the ground after summer concerts.
