May sound negative but I’m not optimistic in regards to challenging for the title next season. Chelsea never have this many players going in and out and every time it’s happened to us, it set us back.

It strikes me as odd they haven't told us where they are going apart from Georgia going to Bayern.
If they rock up at United Chelsea or Arsenal I will be more than a bit pissed off!
Lucys injury has really hampered her last year - it seemed like she'd never fully regained her fitness and looked a bit heavy and less sharp than normal, Yet at 80% she was still better than most in that position. No doubt a full fit and firing Lucy next year will remind us all of what we missed last year and will now miss going forward.

So, we need a right back, a centre half and a central midfielder as the bare minimum.

As a few other posters have mentioned - conversations with members of the womens team in town last season - gave an insight into an unhappy group. Maybe it is time to move a few on but can’t help thinking the major problem is still sat there.
