Parisian locals working in the Liverpool ticket office.Sorry!
Who faked the tickets? Was it Paris “locals” or liverpudlian scallies on Facebook?

I don't think there is much doubt about that, but both sides of the issue need to be called out for what they are.I also think the French authorities and the organisers were a shambles and anti-englishness has reared it's head yet again, with the way the fans are dealt with by both the foreign authorities and the foreign media.
Absolutely, so it needs to be thorough and transparent, and blame to be laid at all doors responsible. If all of that turns out to be true, then surely nobody would want a repeat of that for City, should we get to another final anytime soon. If they can't police or even organise the event properly, then they shouldn't be hosting it in the first place, especially not at the prices people are paying.
Yeah, I agree with that, there will be time to call out the Liverpool fans but I think UEFA and the French authorities need calling out first. A lot of what happened should have been expected, from the local gangs and firms turning up in numbers, to the Liverpool(and Madrid ones I suppose) fans showing up without tickets, hoping to blag their way in or find a ticket tout etc. We should expect better.I don't think there is much doubt about that, but both sides of the issue need to be called out for what they are.
Have you not seen the media the past 48 hours lol they'll make any scenario up they want.Be hilarious to watch them trying to find that neither Liverpool nor UEFA are at fault
UEFA will get fed up of the criticism they’re getting and go nuclear and sling them out hopefullyHave you not seen the media the past 48 hours lol they'll make any scenario up they want.
Here's hoping pal.UEFA will get fed up of the criticism they’re getting and go nuclear and sling them out hopefully
Yep, nothing wrong with going over there to soak up the atmosphere and hang out in the fan zones. But they shouldn’t be anywhere near a queue to get into the stadium. Can we just clarify (if not already done) that there is a difference between fans being in Paris to support their team and those fans trying to access the stadium without tickets. Seen a few scousers saying UEFA couldn’t handle the numbers, which is a bit absurd given only a set number of people are supposed to be in the stadium, and clearly many more either got in without a ticket or attempted to do so
Completely agree, made the point about fan zones earlier.Yep, nothing wrong with going over there to soak up the atmosphere and hang out in the fan zones. But they shouldn’t be anywhere near a queue to get into the stadium.
Hasn’t Klopp already told the Scousers to book their hotels for next year already? It won’t matter next season as the final is in Turkey and so less will travel.
2024 at Wembley could be carnage though.
You kidding? Have you tasted the beer in Liverpool,?They’ll be the best boos in the world
Passports and tickets with names on was the big thing from EUFA in the season we played Celtic but fizzled out.Yep. Tickets + id. Its a pain but it stops all this type of stuff. When you need a passport to get into a ground next season it will be because of this. They should have done it here but fkd up.
