I didn't know that I thought the Yanks had supplied them with 155mm artillery pieces same as we use.One of the main issues is that most of the Ukrainian arms don’t use the same calibre ammo we do.
So we can only restock the weapons we supply.
A big chunk of the aid from the USA was in dollars for Ukraine to buy ammo that they need calibre wise.

We can all do more. Poland, and the Baltics, unsurprisingly given their geography and history, seem to be top of the league on all counts.
