He most probably won't get another winners medal playing for any of the PL clubs after him. Given the chance by Pep he's best staying here being an excellent squad player and continuing picking up medals.

For Arsenal it’s not just about signings. They have a mentality problem. They got dry bummed at Spurs at the end of last season in quite an alarming way. - they really need a mental reset.
