Apparently it will strengthen our rights somehow, although I dread to think what will fall into 'freedom of speech' in Raabspeak.

It's beginning to sound more and more deranged - stay a member of the European Convention on Human Rights, except for, er, the bits they don't like.

The only reason for not providing such a significant bill to pre-publication assessment is because they know it'll get torn to bits once the committees saw it. I assume it will then be scheduled to be rushed through to prevent proper review.
