It’s a sad state of affairs over there in Stretford. If they manage to somehow pull off a Europa place next season they’ll be doing very very well. That’s how shite they are now. Not so bad being a City fan these days is it?
 
Incredible to see the breadth of Ten Haags knowledge extends and seems exclusive to current and former Ajax players + their nearest rivals in Holland.

Thank god they’ve brought in a fluent Dutch speaking assistant in Schteve.
 
I can see them taking at least two years to start functioning as Hagg wants them to. It took Pep a full season to get a premiership champions teams to understand his philosophy and that was with some fantastic ballers, it was hard to watch at times, but we had faith in Pep and he delivered.

Reckon it will be a year, then he'll get rid of a few and buy some more who will also have to get use to his way.

He's trying to buy Ajax players or ex Ajax players because they know his philosophy or at least the Ajax philosophy, even then, some of those signings may fail in the prem.

He's was good coach for Ajax, but this is another level.....its going to be very interesting watching how he turns a pigs ear in to a silk purse....that's if he's given enough time, reigns and time.

Something tells me he'll get hounded out by numb players, needy media and social media pricks, who can't get to grips with his ideas. Them he'll go off and prove his worth at another club.

Either way we have two, maybe three years to laugh at them.

We saw Pep method nearly straight away with an older team also pep never wavered from his method when it went slightly wrong and we know what happened the year later! If Ten Bob Hak is as good as they say, you should see from the first friendly his method of play and if the going gets tough in the season will he stick to his methods of bottle it change his methods?

.... thought not? the cleaners appear to have done an excellent job in cleaning up this particular mess - sweeping it under the carpet.

Guadiola’s impact was immediate. Even though we didn’t win trophies in his first year you could see exactly what he was trying to do.

Haag won’t get two years with the rags and the wankers in the dressing room will spit him out like they have every other manager. Especially if he’s going to ask them to actually put a shift in.

It wasn’t a failure of the Pep method but geriatric defenders. When he put that right the press was eh? eh? all that money on full backs?? Showed up their total ignorance.
