Liaison committees are meant to grill the PM.
Select committees are meant to give the minister a hard time.

His lack of detail exposes him in these - when he says he doesn't recognise a figure given to him, they will be unimpressed as it looks like deliberate attempt to evade.

I don't really want to see the conservatives spend the next 9 months distancing themselves from the man they propped up and hid behind for 4 years and scraping an election win because morons believe they're different to him.
