Boro under Keegan, they didn't have what was classed as a shot on target but we had a few. There was a game under Pearce at home at the Etihad (I’m pretty sure it was Bolton or Middlesbrough)… neither side had a shot on target and we scored an own-goal and lost
God that was a turgid game
We never drew 0-0 there under Pearce or were locked in there this century? Never had a lock in under Pearce at any ground did we?
Still hate that total git for that, oh and his shite BT 'ref punditry' gitAnd there was a Liverpool match at home Feb 2010, where neither side wanted to win and Walton did his Walton thing for the scousers.
Clearly shows it is a home game?
Yep. Was only 12 or 13 at the time but I've never forgotten the TV images of Joey Barton throwing his shirt into the crowd only to have it thrown back at him.Spinelessly losing that QF at Ewood Park. A lot of blue on blue hostility that day.
Yep it was the Sven year. Derby only won something like 1 game all season, Vassell missed a handful of sitters, and we were wearing those shit purple away kitsI remember a draw against the historically awful Derby County in the 00s
When they eventually opened the gates someone shouted charge!! Funny. We never drew 0-0 there under Pearce or were locked in there this century? Never had a lock in under Pearce at any ground did we?
Birmingham 0-0 November 2010. Shite all round.
Losing to the rags 2-3 to win the title in front of them can’t really be beaten for me in terms of frustration. Can you remember a specific game /memory when you felt really let down by City and I don't mean an obvious one like the Spurs game or a last minute Derby defeat. One that has been completely irrelevant and had no bearing on our future.
I remember vividly playing Wigan at home in 2008 and feeling like we were really happy to draw that game 0-0. We showed absolutely no ambition to try and win the game and I remember coming away infuriated. It still annoys me to this day . We should have actually have lost if Zaki didn't miss an open net form 6 yards out.
So what's your personal city woe that still pisses you off today?
My bad. Even worse we lost.Clearly shows it is a home game?
Yeah went to that their keeper had a blinder against Richards. My bad. Even worse we lost.

Any Stuart Pearce home game in his last season. Only time I’ve ever hated going to watch us.
