Ten Haag will probably be a decent manager for them. He can't be any worse than Ole. It's gonna take 4 to 5 years to seriously challenge though. They need a serious rebuild. Their squad is fucked. If ten haag does well, he'll soon be lined up by barca or psg and then it will be back to square 1

He is clearly a talented coach. However, their structural and cultural failings are far more deeply embedded than something that can be easily and quickly solved by one man.
While he might have some early superficial impact and they all start getting giddy for a few weeks, it won’t be long before reality bites.
