No emotional attachment you see and it's a two way street, think that's why most of us aren't really bothered he's gone.

Yeah, ultimately it’s his decision. We did what we could to keep him, barring game time assurances and he simply seems to want to play more.

He backed himself in leaving Liverpool and is doing the same in leaving us for a new challenge.

1. PR. Getting presentations ready and marketing stuff.
2. Ake is close to going so double announcement.
3. Sterling is owed a bonus and there is a dispute as to who pays it. Sterling releases his video and letter to put pressure on clubs to sort.

The Bosman ruling gave the players the power to do that. I’m mildly surprised it hasn’t happened much more.

It’s especially apparent at the moment as clubs need to fill the void of income during Covid and contracts aren’t being offered out as much at the moment.

Well he had his own song when he was top of the league AND he left Liverpool to come to us which will never be forgotten!
