To say Gvardiol, who is a CB can definitely play LB for us, in the context of not needing another FB sounded confident, I was open minded to that being based on something. But seems not on more than a bit of a passing notice and a somewhat wishful conclusion.

I mean, seeing as this is unlikely io happen, it's a bit of a pointless discussion. But if it did happen, I'd be absolutely confident a guy who started his career playing Leftback and central midfield and currently still plays at Leftback for his Country, can perhaps fill in as the backup Leftback for us. I didn't think it was that great of a leap. But if you consider it wishful thinking, Cool.
