Yeah it does seem like a waste of time bid? or is it start of the dance that makes brighton look tough in front of their fans as no doubt we will go higher?

Doubt it. Brighton has nothing to lose here imo. They are not desperate to sell. They will keep cucurella and sell him whenever a high bid comes or 50M. He is their best player.

I believe we have some cheap backup lined up

Bang on. Hatton still had to go to his limit to beat Kosta and he was already over the hill.

Even Joshua, lauded for beating Klitschko, a 40-something fighter who should have long been retired.

The most pronounced was Gary Neville playing against West Brom, I think he quit a few days later?

It was hilarious to see him drop off a cliff in 90 minutes.

What did he say. I doubt we will let him go this season or Barca will pay 100 mil. Maybe next season if he keeps pushing for it, after we get Jude lol

It’s been pretty obvious for last two years he would rather go to Barcelona but we will not sanction the sale whilst he still has 3 years left imo. Next season makes perfect sense for everyone fully expecting this year to his last season with us.
 
I think the interview is from last nights game, it looked like a quick snatch and grab in the player zone.

Very much left his future up in the air saying things like “for as long as I’m city player I will always give my all”.

I hope we don’t have this agreement where a certain figure is met and out of politeness we accept the bid. I think we are a few players short already and no Bernardo leaves a gaping hole in midfield.

They aren't ready to walk away yet but they won't pay 50Mil that Brighton is asking. That was the point of the report i guess. you and i can only guess. Let's see how it plays out
