I doubt he’s thinking that. Haaland would need to score consistently at a goal a game for 10+ years to achieve that.

He’s already shown signs of injury proneness. Hopefully just growing pains…

PR37 just wants to score as many as he can before he retires. He doesn’t care about being successful in tournaments.
There was an interesting section in an Athletic article today - Suggests he actually sees it as a bonus that he'll be rotated at City, particularly as he considered Spain might help cut down on his injuries given the game is slower.

I made this point when we first bought him, and think it's the ideal place for him to develop physically. He might, like Aguero, not end up with the golden boot every year, but he'll be a huge part of the City story without the pressure to play every single game as his body develops.

Sounds a solid theory. It’ll depend on his ego too, I guess.

The rate that they keep expanding the Champions League and adding more games might make a difference to that in the end.
Agree about PR37 though, he just wants to see himself on TV, he doesn't seem to care if his team loses 2-1 as long as he scored the 1.

Once they are back Jack can arrange a bloke night with Phil and Erling, they can sit and do each others hair while necking garage vodka from the bottle, and discussing who has the better outfit for the charity shield on Saturday !!

Think we're going to have to be really careful with Erling as he's obviously some way off full fitness, so I'd expect 45 mins against Bayern and the same against the dippers next Saturday. Could be the end of September before we see him in full flow, we have to be patient with our new signings

Who the fuck is the **** on talkshite apparently Haaland isn’t good enough for city his Touch is poor and is not elite player
Fucking muppets

A sad pathetic snide fucker that’s who is only positive he said about us was a juggernaut but then said how can you compete with a state owned club! The hacks in the media go on that much about state owned limitless money it becomes a fact by these YouTube nobs! We know the facts and if it makes them feel better that they can’t compete it’s an excuse for there lack of winning anything…

You’d get better opinions if you went down the Bishop’s Blaze and spoke to the locals than you would listening to that radio station.
