Jules Koundé

Seemed like he was 1st choice to replace Ake if he went Pol Ballus said in the Why Always Us Podcast.. Edit: At 18.20.

Seems like Chelsea is on again now though.

Barca reboot underway. Money problems have been conveniently forgotten it seems.
I've been critical of Barca being able to spend, but seems they've mortgaged against their future (thanks BBC)
Remains to be seen how that works out

Just confirmed that Barça have flogged off 25% of their TV revenue for the next 25 years to a venture capital outfit. What excuses do they have left not to settle their deferred wage debts?

Risky business... :-/
Too big to fail, too many now on the hook for huge sums. It’s now in those creditors interests to keep it afloat

As the old saying goes, if you owe the bank £1m, you've got a problem. If you owe the bank £1bn, they've got a problem.

Barça have twisted in a win or bust move with these transfers, & agreed, if it was anyone else they'd be looking at bankruptcy, but if they were broken up into their constituent parts, only a fraction of the £1.5bn would be realised.

It's the name Barça & what it once stood for keeping it afloat, NOT what the club is worth. HOWEVER, if Chelsea were bought for £3.4bn, how much would Barça be worth to a wealthy American venture capital company, as a vanity project? )(

ah thats shite if the chavs get Kounde, cracking player that improves their back line.
Still their defence would be good but their attack is poor.. They haven't had a world class striker since Drogba..Torres who was a flop turned out to be the best signing that were suppose to replace Drogba.. The ones that followed were all shite.. Morata,Werner,Lukaku..
