Anyone who actually thinks Nunez is a better buy than Haaland based off that needs there head examined. He had one header five yards offside, and booted another shot straight into Edersons face.

You can already see the movement of Haaland is miles ahead of the other guy. Even though he missed that shot at the end, the amount of power he got off minimal backlift is insane.

Let's all be honest about it we would have liked to win that game, We don't like losing to those twats especially.

But...We weren't at it today we aren't up to speed yet and it will take time playing with an out and out striker.

Liverpool were the better team today overall unfortunately. Not making excuses but the penalty decision is ridiculous, They want players playing tackling, blocking, heading with their arms behind their backs? It's absolutely horrendous people that haven't played the sport dictating the rules.

Nice kick up the ass for next Sunday!

P.S. Alvarez is going to be the dogs bollocks.

Yes we looked leggy, is that not a concern though? The league starts next week. Poor today, very poor. But it's a glorified friendly at the end of the day. We need haaland to get a goal asap when the season starts and actually start giving him the ball

I like the shy laughter after the sitter Haaland missed, you can see the killer instinct there. The team is still adapting with losing few old players and new players are still learning about pep system. Not happy with the lose but its a marathon, the team will get better.

What do we have to say about midfield and our wide players. We are lacking in attacking depth from wide players, imo. Midfield kdb is okay probably gundo will come in after few games.

As a team we were out passed, out paced and too predictable but it's pre season
We had 57% and one shot less with more on target.

We just lacked a bit of rhythm and sharpness that’s all. Which is understandable as we’ve had 2 preseason games and also missed Foden, Gundogan and Stones on that trip.

No doubt it will be us and them again.

That Karen is a right irritating ****

She comes out with some right shit.

When challenged everyone is accused of being sexist.

Time Football games came with a no commentary option. All of them.

Sick of listening to the shit of poor commentators
As one sided a commentary as you will ever hear since Goebbels commentated on the 1943 Guards v Prisoners match.

The opposition aside, a good run out and great to see the lads back together. Julio, Foden and Ake stood out. Think Pep would have learned a lot from that and for what it's worth I think Liverpool have shown their hand and certainly us and other opposition would have taken notes. I think we've got some gears and formations to go through that was ill prove devastating (in a good way) in the long run.
