It's Quiet 17 - Glory Thread

For a team like City to have 11 players on the pitch performing at World class standard in every game is unrealistic . Sometimes if not frequently we have to acknowledge that it's a team game and some players will be mediocre providing a service that allows others to be world class..

Don’t agree mate but respect your opinion. I think he’s suffered slightly not being a free spirit like he was at villa but should understand his role better this season. Thought he was much improved against west ham and given a run of games can make more impact as the season goes on.

Agreed. For example when Kev is bad he is horrific! Lol still wouldn’t change him for any player in the world!

It's a defensive mechanism so they can say "I told you so, or I was right all along," if he doesn't turn out to be good enough and so they can anticipate any criticism from the media, other fans, etc.
