Not even tried switching Bernardo and Foden to try to get some control in the game

I thought we played some good stuff, midfield is being bypassed every attack they have and we do look a bit shaky at the back, they are working a lot harder than us too, but we have more than enough to take control and get some balls into Erling

Random moment but thought it was odd when Walker avoided passing to Bernardo out wide towards the end of the half. Bernardo was completely free but he cut back and found De Bruyne who had barely any space and who then just passed it to Bernardo.

Another pep mindmelt tactically?

Need to get Walker playing ASM out of the game and midfield to cut off the Newcastle long balls but that will mean change of starting tactics.

Pep not good at admitting mistakes tactically

That second goal we have conceded quite a few like that over the last few years. It's always Stones backing off which achieves nothing. He doesn't stop the runner or close down the pass so it's just u useless exercise that looks like he's doing something, when he's actually doing fuck all.
