Not with these two teams it won’t
I thought United were very lucky today. Arsenal dominated them but missed chance after chance. A scoreline of 6-2 to Arsenal would have reflected the pattern of the match. But of course the reaction from the Radio 5 pundits was hysterical. They never learn. I will be very surprised if City dont achieve a four goal margin against United next month. If they decide to start shooting for goal Arsenal will be very dangerous.

Yes Arsenal were by far the better team for an hour, then they showed their naivety which will cost them this season.
Utd showed me they are nothing to be worried about whatsoever.

We may be in a false position atm but we were the better side today and just couldn't take our chances, doubt City would let them have the same counter attacks or miss as many chances, so I think you'll beat them comfortably.
Certainly easier on the eye but without the cutting edge that you need in such games. Also thought that Arsenal looked susceptible up the gut, with players from that lot constantly left unattended in the middle of the park and others left free to run behind.

Thought Arteta stupidly changed it at 2-1 and threw the game very Pep like. No need for those subs in my opinion at that stage

What is merson goin on about. “You cant stop it”….???

Of course you can stop it. Sunday football goals, poor to see those type of goals occur at this level

Think the fun for the most part is over I'm afraid. Solksjaer was as good as it's gonna get

As for those gloating about them trying to sign eriksen, not looking too shabby on a freebie is he...

Felt like I was watching the Ole era in that game with the small time counter attacking tactics going on. Maybe he’s realised they’re not good enough for intricacy yet.

Unfortunately a good sign for the rags that Ten Hag is comfortable adapting his system.

It reminded me of those classic United v Arsenal games circa 2010 whereby Arsenal would play good stuff with no end product.

I think United are undoubtedly better and the manager is a top class one, however. It's overlooked that he's inherited a squad that cost £1bn and has spent £250m this window. It's hardly the miracle Neville and Giggs are claiming it is.

They're competent, but if they played like that v us I'd expect us to wipe the floor with them. Within the British press the standards are so low and sycophancy is so high, they'll do whatever they can do herald United, until they lose a few and they back protests and champion lack of spending

very pep like ? arteta has based his whole team on what pep does, even getting the players from city.

Listen carefully you can hear bang, slam, shut etc etc noices outside!

That's the sound of green and yellow going back in the drawers, cupboards, garages.

Those storage lock up places will be busy as fuck tmrw.
