Brave move by Graham. The staff above him isn't set - the team is in disarray, expectations are huge, and future incoming management might well not be to Graham's liking.

Bet the Waistcoat Feller’s breathing a big sigh and opening a bottle of something tasty tonight. The tick would have been tocking if/when his World Cup squad are on the 1st plane home.

Potter has about 500 days to go. The sack countdown is on. Chelsea must have decided a while ago to remove Tucan and that is why he became prickly.

American hasn’t a clue but he is trying to buy time with the chav fans now with a English manager. Doing it the right/white way.

Not sure it's the wisest move for him. But you can see why he took it. Working with, in theory, better players, a bigger transfer budget and (I'm sure) an extra £1 per hour on his salary.

Slightly disappointed he’s gone to Chelsea but anyone who is competent at their work will always want to back themselves.

Just surprised he’s going there now. Brighton are currently an unknown variable this season and has them playing lovely stuff. Never know how it’d turn out but with him gone now, not sure anymore. Was also hoping for chelsea to keep sinking into oblivion

I can’t help but have huge sympathy with Brighton fans. Just as they start to improve season on season building in the right way their whole coaching staff is poached along with their best players.

What realistically do Brighton fans have to look forward to? They will never challenge for European places as if they do they will lose their players and/or staff. So how do they progress further? Thoroughly depressing really unless you are a fan of a “big 6” club
We were in that position not so long ago,,they will have the same things we had to look forward too, beating a "big 6 " winning the derby and getting 40 points and at the start of every season that blind faith and hope

Nice to see a top job go to an English manager who’s done well for once. But then I supposed Chelsea have gone through every other manager by this point.

Personally dont think stuff like this should be allowed.

Transfer window should align for players and managers.

Free agenrs thats fine, but being able to cripple a club by taking there manager at any point in the season is a pretty stupid thing to allow imo.
