If we are comparing us taking the piss out of Sancho, which I see very little of, and other fans taking the piss out of Grealish, the difference is that Jack played 26 PL games for the league winners. Sancho has not achieved that level in the PL.

I cannot even remember the last time Sancho was mentioned on here, tbh.

We take the piss out of all their players and so shall it be.

For 100m of someone else's money, the least I think we can expect is a couple of goals and an assist or two per game. Hat tricks preferably. To prove its possible to produce such numbers, I read about this lad once, Roy Race his name was, who had incredible stats, goal after goal after assist. Bet he didnt cost 100 million.

Went on to become a top manager as I recall. Player/manager at that.

They don't make 'em like Roy Race any more.

Last Easter I said I wouldn’t post on here til the next one and I’d reserve judgment on him until then either way.

I stand by that reservation of judgement, but I’m sorry - looking at the page count on here and the number of fans who are dead set against one of our own players, I had to post to say… get a grip!

If you’re not going to support your own players, who is? I don’t see what stick there is to beat him with either - honestly I could not give a crap about an individual player’s stats when we’re playing the football we are and we’re winning matches like we have been recently.

Save your complaints for when we’re losing, out of form, and it can clearly be pinned on one player. He seems an alright lad so give him your support. He was immensely impressive at Villa and that means we’re using him wrong or he’s taking time to adapt.

Used to be Gundo, Rodri, Sterling who got stick on here constantly. It seems some of our fans are hell bent on having a player to knock. Just ask Edghill.
