It might be time to actually buy a fullback too!Our only needed signing next summer.

Yep. If it were a choice between splurging say 60m to entice Reece James from Chelsea or spending 100m + on an unproven lad with a bit of potential who hasn’t demonstrated he has what our midfielders need then clearly anyone sensible buys James. It might be time to actually buy a fullback too!
I‘d love James, but think he‘ll be at Chelsea forever.Yep. If it were a choice between splurging say 60m to entice Reece James from Chelsea or spending 100m + on an unproven lad with a bit of potential who hasn’t demonstrated he has what our midfielders need then clearly anyone sensible buys James.
And Txiki is a very sensible man
Yeah he signed a long contract recently. Maybe he’s a Chelsea fan and maybe he’s a one club man like Kane and if he is fair play to him but there aren’t many players in England or even the world who wouldn’t mull over an approach from City very carefully.I‘d love James, but think he‘ll be at Chelsea forever.
The other 2 in the PL that we might look at are Lamptey and Liveramento. Both seem hugely injury prone though.Yeah he signed a long contract recently. Reported.I’m not a total idiot
Be cheaper to buy a greyhound and stick a shirt on it. Better footballing brain too.Adama Traore coming too then? ;-)
What are these "fullbacks" you speak of, good man?It might be time to actually buy a fullback too!
Former number 10s, generally. Defensive attributes unnecessary. Must be able to play in central midfield. What are these "fullbacks" you speak of, good man?
Surely they could be wing forwards as well?Former number 10s, generally. Defensive attributes unnecessary. Must be able to play in central midfield.
They should be able to help cover the number 6 role and simultaneously have chalk on their boots from keeping as much width as possible.Surely they could be wing forwards as well?
Not sure but teams that have them don’t seem to win the league much and some teams with them get relegated, so I think they are best avoided. What are these "fullbacks" you speak of, good man?
Dirty things so, let's not have one.Not sure but teams that have them don’t seem to win the league much and some teams with them get relegated, so I think they are best avoided.
The most overrated of them are named after rivers in the East Midlands. Not sure but teams that have them don’t seem to win the league much and some teams with them get relegated, so I think they are best avoided.
Ah, 'Fernandinhos'?They should be able to help cover the number 6 role and simultaneously have chalk on their boots from keeping as much width as possible.
I like that kid Spence at Spurs who was at Forest last season. Can’t slot straight in like James could though. The other 2 in the PL that we might look at are Lamptey and Liveramento. Both seem hugely injury prone though.
Fodendinhos really.Ah, 'Fernandinhos'?
Not seen enough of him to comment. Didn't Forest play 5 at the back?I like that kid Spence at Spurs who was at Forest last season. Can’t slot straight in like James could though.
Especially the left ones.Dirty things so, let's not have one.
