Now, i love zinchenko, as a player and a person. But gonez seems and upgrade, with profit too

I don't mean this as criticism of Gomez as I have just not seen enough of the lad, but Zin was great against some really top class opponents both positionally and in ball retention under pressure.
The space he created in the last match against Villa was a big factor in winning the game and hence the title.
I'm going to have to see Gomez in a lot more important matches before I'm calling him as an upgrade on Zin.

A great performance and well played everyone.

I liked the balance from the beginning with Gomez playing and we looked solid at the back, Laporte didn’t look like he’d been away, and we were so good going forward.
Watching Grealish, Gundo and Bernie controlling the play and with Alvarez buzzing around, it was a joy to watch.

Haaland, what can you say!
His first goal was a brilliant finish, but he had a shot later, that the keeper did well to save because it was going like a rocket! He really is something else!

I thought Cole Palmer was brilliant when he came on and he looks so much better on the right.

Pep has some serious (good) problems to figure out because I’m not sure if I could name our best 11 right now.
But anyway we look incredible and, in my opinion, it will take either a raft of injuries or an exceptional side to stop us winning the CL this season.

Great performance grealish was very good and gundogan kept it all ticking in the middle.

P.S these European nights are great but why do we have tourists flashing their phone lights midway through the second half in most of the games.

Straightforward win against a team that would struggle in the Championship - A great workout for returning / second string players, all of whom came through with flying colours.

Super performances from Jack and Gundo. A very good night's work.

Just got up and watched the game, fucking hell.

Running out of superlatives for this team. Even without Phil and Kev we are the best.

Cole Palmer was excellent. Grealish brilliant, Gundo must get 2 year extension, he was awesome.

Best City team in history imo.

Awesome game, glad we got to see some of the youth players too. Palmer looks ready to play more and more, really good player

Cancelo at right back looked good.

No idea who are best defenders are now. Every CB we play seems to look solid. Wilson at LB is great to see, we need cover there. Not really a test tonight but so much defensive talent at the club, we struggled for years to get a decent back 4 and now we have too many.
