Really past the point of fixing the fracture , they would have to crack it again to fix it or are they doing your rotator cuff ? that is an important thing to fix so you can get movement back

I had two consultants at loggerheads with mine , one wanted to attempt to put it back together albeit not a great option and one saying absolutely not , it wasnt healing but the one against the surgery won and we just waited it out and eventually it healed , eight months rather than six weeks

The fracture team you are under will have different opinions in complicated cases , maybe they are not rushing into a decision , i hope you get more clarity next week xx
