Just a warning mate as I've done it myself. There's a good chance the ligaments will ossify while your leg is in the cast and once the bone is healed sufficiently they'll have to re-tear them to let them heal properly. Also properly might be only 90% of strength and mobility. Mine was my right ankle and the ankle is a dodgy joint to injure but just want you to be fairly warned.Just seen the physio it’s been upgraded to a broken shoulder and broken leg with extensive ligament damage, can’t wait to see what the hospital say tomorrow.
