Looks impressive but also looks like it won’t fit in with the rest of the groundCrystal Place Football Club’s updated planning application for a new Main Stand at Selhurst Park has been approved by Croydon councillors, paving the way for a transformation of the stadium.

I'll be honest, it's a bit like Leicester's in that regard in the sense that it adds to the capacity but it sticks out a bit too much taking away from the rest of the groundLooks impressive but also looks like it won’t fit in with the rest of the ground
I'd imagine that's gone down like a lead balloon in the red quarter of Murkyside.Everton’s unbuilt stadium is one of the Euro 2028 stadia submission, but Anfield is not on the list.
Have you experienced their corporate hospitality? The Kenny Dalgleish stand offering is shite, and 1 floor below the concourse.Everton’s unbuilt stadium is one of the Euro 2028 stadia submission, but Anfield is not on the list.
Love looking at new stadiums old and new. Would liked to have seen the collosieum in its pomp and I think that only held 50,000.Looks impressive, and I do wonder if Liverpool will have any regrets that they didn't choose to build a new stadium when they had the chance, as this one will outshine Anfield once it's done. That was the original plan when Hicks and Gillette were there, and the design at the time looked pretty good.
So Everton will now play in Liverpool and Liverpool will still play in Everton?Looks impressive, and I do wonder if Liverpool will have any regrets that they didn't choose to build a new stadium when they had the chance, as this one will outshine Anfield once it's done. That was the original plan when Hicks and Gillette were there, and the design at the time looked pretty good.
Hope for their sake it doesn't take as long as the Holmesdale Road end !! Never seemed to progress much watching City play there back in the dayCrystal Place Football Club’s updated planning application for a new Main Stand at Selhurst Park has been approved by Croydon councillors, paving the way for a transformation of the stadium.

Hate that stadium, been 4 times never again worst ground in the country to get to, remember the last game of the season 1990 took 2 hours to crawl through the London traffic.Hope for their sake it doesn't take as long as the Holmesdale Road end !! Never seemed to progress much watching City play there back in the day
The pictures immediately made me think of the ‘new Kippax’ era Maine Road.Looks impressive but also looks like it won’t fit in with the rest of the ground
Really nice that. Much nicer than the outside of our most recently developed South Stand.Crystal Place Football Club’s updated planning application for a new Main Stand at Selhurst Park has been approved by Croydon councillors, paving the way for a transformation of the stadium.

Should be easier for you to get tickets for me and Will. ;)No idea if it was posted already but since we are playing CL now, you guys might have to show up at our place some day, hence I think it will be worthwhile. View attachment 61830
Eintracht Frankfurt is enhancing capacity to 60000. Interesting fact is that it will be an increase in standing terraces only, so as of next year we will have the second largest standing terrace in the league (and Europe I assume).
Dortmund has 24000, we will have 20000.
In order to accomplish this the VIP areas in the North West stand will be remodeled. One of the reasons is that the club wants to offer students, disabled people etc a chance to get to see us play at a affordable price.
Atmosphere is already prett nice right now and will be interesting to see the full capacity stand in action
