At the fall of both wickets ,the look of amazement on the batsmen faces,no way am I out, skullduggery cheating going on.

Well, just switched on and seen the score, and what England were out for, and I'm slightly uneasy now, despite those two early wickets. We really needed a lead of 350 or so to put it beyond them. If a couple of them dig in, they've got all the time in the world. Depends how the pitch deteriorates, I suppose.

We had a lead of 355.

If Pakistan win this Test it'll be their second highest ever successful chase.

It does feel 50/50 but I think the advantage is with England.

Nah, we got this. Pakistan are actually afraid of us. Have been since what we did to them in the first test.
I'd be curious to know what proportion of five-day Tests actually go the full distance these days. My purely anecdotal impression is that it's dropped to about fifty percent or so. Anyone know the stats, by any chance? For England matches? And globally?

Well, this one certainly won't, barring some unforeseen intervention from the weather.

That could be a huge wicket.

It's right in the balance. If we get an early wicket tomorrow morning, I think that'll be it. But they could settle down, dig in again and still win it.
It's interesting cricket, no doubt about it. Much more interesting, for me, than this T20 let's-tonk-it-all-over-the ground-and-win-it-having-been-outplayed stuff.

Agreed
Test cricket is THE format.

Test cricket = Pep's City
50 & 20 over white ball Stuff = Pulis, Dyche and Allardyce teams

"The Hundred" = The SPFL

Agree. Only got to bowl straight tomorrow and they have to get at it. Discipline and make them chase it, they wont be able to do it

Yep like last test match they’ll be times we don’t look like getting a wicket then we will get 1 and then another quick one! The hardest thing is to win the pressure will get to them the closer they get to our score
