I’d just be happy with people waiting a little while longer to jump on and slag him off, you know, maybe the next game he doesn’t perform or something like that.

Even better if as supporters we did just that and accentuated the positives so he doesn’t feel so pressured by a price tag that was not of his making.
I imagine he is his own biggest critic but he can only play when selected and as the manager demands of him. I read a quote from Bernardo last week that pointed how much space is created by Jack as teams focus on defending against him.
Yes the media portray him as a bit of lad and he may well be but he returned to City after the summer break in great shape as he had been working with Velocity on his own dollar during his quieter Greek holiday after his well publicised Vegas trip.
We also know he has a big heart and finds time to do thoughtful & heart warming things within the community.
Supporters keep up the good work, doubters give him a break and let him do what he does best by being Jack Grealish, City’s number 10.

You can expect silence when he performs well and a pile on when he performs to a similar level as other favourites. It is a shame that a small group are so triggered by him, but he isn't the first and he definitely won't be the last.

Um you do know the reason Grealish is holiday right now because he is being told by Pep himself to take a break after World Cup elimination, it doesn't matter if the player itself want to back and straight to train. It's mandatory holiday for everyone and not for only Grealish himself.

Also some could argue,he's had an holiday over there,pissing around in pool,with Rice etc etc.

Also some could argue,it then looks a bit strange that he's pictured in New York with a big piece of pepperoni pizza hanging out his gob,but as I said if it's a break they want then so be it.

Revisited more than it is now? Haha! It's probably the most bumped player thread on here and mostly for innocuous reasons that have nothing to do with his time on the pitch.

That's the issue mate,his off field antics are a bigger highlight for him than what happens on the field.

Heart of gold as witnessed by us all,good lad that way,but big part of him he's a dick at times,and needs to kick on immediately,hence why I say some could argue otherwise.

I'm not sure which way it'll pan out,but I'd be a little concerned if i was him,but then again like I did say he is a bit of a dick at times,so he's probably not concerned at all.

Anyone arguing against a holiday clearly hasn’t thought about all the sports science our players have access to & the fact that this is an atypical season

Personally, I’d rather trust what the club have told the players to do, rather than spit my dummy out because I want a full strength team tomorrow

Haha best thing about this, is the people who are slagging him off for being away are the same poeple who dont want him on the pitch anyway.

This is all down to pep. I think its strange to give them so long off, but its what pep and his team recommend and hes got a pretty good record of getting it right.
