I don't think he does, but that's what VAR should be for. The bigger question is why they didn't even look at it. They usually spend minutes trying to find a reason to rule a goal outI even thin Rashford does flick the ball with the slightest touch
Bollocks, hello HowardI absolutely agree with you..for me he has affected play..but the laws arent about decision making in this case..they imply physical acts
" interferes with the movement of the opponent towards the ball - none of the players are stopped from moving towards the ball
"impacts on the ability of the opponent to play or challenge for the ball" challenging for the ball is a physical act which both defenders can still do in this case....they are close enough...they decide not to (which is a thought process)
"if the player moves into the way of an opponent and impedes the opponent's progress (e.g blocks the opponent)" - the keeper, and two defenders are not impeded
On this season's showing I think we will, but I think our fight for top 4 will be tighter than our title challenge. You think we won't get top 4?
That’s my worry, it’s gets too bad and Pep thinks I don’t need this and fucks off
We said the same thing but havent seen it back fully…I even thin Rashford does flick the ball with the slightest touch
Err?I think we were fantastic. We deserved to win today. Give the team some credit, they were excellent.
It's not the law.
Are you on drugs?Yep. Our recruitment on the whole has been piss poor.
We've gone for the big star players who cost a lot rather than players who actually fit our side.
That and very mediocre players, Phillips, Gomez, Akanji, Ake etc.
I even thin Rashford does flick the ball with the slightest touch
I agree it should be offside but they were basically saying it doesn’t effect a defender getting the ball. Their stride patterns didn’t change etcThat’s bizarre
Like I said earlier I won’t use it as an excuse for the result but if that’s the genuine rule it’s completely fucked up
Apparently Oliver looked at everything super quick...when it was against United, and didn't look at all when it was for United. Seems legitI don't think he does, but that's what VAR should be for. The bigger question is why they didn't even look at it. They usually spend minutes trying to find a reason to rule a goal out
Agreed ....we are just not creating anything...KDB is a huge issue and should be droppedWhat the fuck has happened to our team? Totally dysfunctional in generating chances. Giving the ball away to often. And Kevin has totally lost it.
Right call by the letter but should not be so black and white. Rules clearly being made and analyzed by people who don't clearly understand them from an in game live ball perspective. Rashford clearly had possession and interfered with the play whilst offsides regardless of not touching the ball.
That said our players have to respond not wilt and give up and cry they were robbed.
Did you not read what I said? We were on for a smash and grab until a very, very, very dodgy decision.Only one team did s smash and grab there and it wasn't us
Lescott is only there as a box ticker, never opens his mouthAll said goal including Lescott
At which point Var should be saying this is what the rule says hes broke the ruleRef went and asked the linesman if he'd touched it and overruled him, don't think this one is actually down to VAR.
Ederson comes out and clears if rashford isnt shielding itI agree it should be offside but they were basically saying it doesn’t effect a defender getting the ball. Their stride patterns didn’t change etc
I don't but I did think he made a little movement that you may be referring to that should in of itself been enough to be classed as interfering with play.
