Everyone talking about the UEFA case as proof that the club will defeat these charges needs to read the report or Stefan Borson's analysis, because it's pretty clear that if the club had lost on the time-barring issue we would have lost at CAS, and there's no time limit for the PL.

If you recall, after seeing our interim accounts in March 2013, UEFA/G14 shifted the original monitoring period back by 12 months without telling City, hence we went from being £3m inside FFP to £3m outside, meaning a squad reduction & a £50m per season net transfer cap for three seasons, & a £50m fine.So before FFP was even introduced in 2011?
