We’re in good hands
We’re in good hands
Good news is they know our case and they know our defence. Doubt they’d sign up if they thought we were on shaky ground.

Johnnie Cochran, Robert Kardashian, and F. Lee Bailey are deceased...Robert Shapiro is still kicking...
Yes disclosure applies here but not as strictly as in US. For example, in criminal cases, the police and prosecution have control of it. Many miscarriages of justice as a result. See Guildford Four where a confession by someone else was marked “not to be disclosed to the defence”Maybe some of our legal experts on here can comment but with reference to a US style prosecution in court, we would have access to PL emails associated with the case through a process called ‘disclosure’.
Does anybody know if the same could apply in the high court in this country ?
If so I would imagine plenty of ammo and dirt would surface against not only the PL officials but other clubs too….
Matt Letissier said Spitity agent phoned him not happy he was refrencing "Spitty" staying employed after spitting in a Child face.Sky lost all credibility when they sold up to Comcast. They kept a man in a job who spat at a teenage girl. Let that sink in.
Doesn't the UAE still have a good relationship with Russia? Just asking like.As a Government Official Khaldoon will have access to the Signals Intelligence Agency…just saying like.
Nor should it be...That wont happen , nothing will be said to us , certainly not till the end of this charade
We go for their throat as well as the rest of sad fucking clubs who've been crying and whining ever since HRH bought us.View attachment 68368
So say we riposted this and if they look like patsies.. do they open themselves for consequences?
Or they get off clean no matter what??
They'll not care too much about that as long as they get paid a fat fee for doing the job of getting us off the hook.Good news is they know our case and they know our defence. Doubt they’d sign up if they thought we were on shaky ground.
IndeedCaught up!
Pannick back at the wheel?
Didn’t they relase a video statement, before the CAS case ?That wont happen , nothing will be said to us , certainly not till the end of this charade
You're a barrel of laughs! Now the dust as slightly settled.
Football as we know it is about to change. Similar to the world we live in.
We are in big trouble & im not sure why & we probably will never know. Politics at play with the league & other clubs.
The fact so many clubs have said they want us out is bizarre when you look at the cash Utd, Newcastle & Chelsea are throwing around.
They want this city project stopped now & will go out with guns blazing to stop it.
The prem league lose this battle then the brand is damaged forever, I actually think if they win & the brand is damaged. Makes it even more strange what they are doing now in middle of a season. Nobody wins from this.
I’m really not sure where this will leave our beloved City but I do see us being charged. 100% fine & heavy point deduction & sadly I do see a relegation thrown in too.
Bizarre times. We might be seeing the last of pep to so I hope his song is loud for the rest of the season.
Yeah probably all that, until overturned on appealNow the dust as slightly settled.

Should be even better now, they will know how the other side react.Good news is they know our case and they know our defence. Doubt they’d sign up if they thought we were on shaky ground.
I agree with that. When you have a reputation as the country's best law firm, you do not select high profile civil cases that you fear losing. I suspect though that both sides feel that they have a more-than-realistic chance of winning. This could be extremely complicated, hence why it has and will be dragged out over a long period of time.Good news is they know our case and they know our defence. Doubt they’d sign up if they thought we were on shaky ground.
Carlisle......Dublin, Dundee, Humberside?on the streets of london too, hopefully
If you’re going to be so bloody pessimistic at least spell City with a Capital C and united with a small u please, it’s not hardNow the dust as slightly settled.

I agree.Really would like Khaldoon to do a message to the fans. Doesn’t need to give anything away, just reassurance that we’re in the clear. For what it’s worth, I 100% think we will be exonerated but will always be tarnished with the inference we have cheated. So no change there, it’s been that way since the last failed attempt at sullying our name.
Give it a week and it’ll be yesterdays news, just getting raised every now and then by one of the so called journos whose whole career hangs on a thread that we may have done some wrong.
Then we’ll be cleared.
But until that time, siege mentality, loud and proud and I guess every premier league handshake will now get the same treatment as Champions league.
Booooooooooo
CTID we were here before the money and we’ll be here a long time after.
They care about their reputations though and wouldn’t want to take a case that has the potential to damage that. Also the fee for getting us off won’t be small so they will believe it’s acheivable. They'll not care too much about that as long as they get paid a fat fee for doing the job of getting us off the hook.
