A lot was made of that quote, particularly the friend thing, but wasn't he essentially saying "I sat down with one of my oldest friends, someone I won a CL with, and said "tell me everything". He swore to me this wasn't true. I believed him not as a football manager, but as a person I've know since the 90s. If he lied to me I'd have walked away and never spoken to him again". For Pep it wasn't about anything other than saying he trusts his friend.

This is true, and a damning indictment of our society when a tosser like that can lead anything, let alone thoughts.

Ok, thanks. Yes, silly me - Etisalat paid the £30 million back of course - not the other way round. Head's a bit scrambled today! Have edited my post now
 
First question , roan would you walk away ?

We are already being condemed , now we have charges , the club proved before they werent lying ,you know what side i am on

Records tainted if true ?

Innocent till proven guilty , we are already condemed , time will tell, if guilty we will accept the punishment , nine teams named by pep
