Another ticket transfer problem (Leipzig)

I bought a ticket on the cup scheme. Cost me £35. I'm going to be away so selling it on here. I'm trying to transfer it to the buyer but city are changing the price to £45 and charging me an extra £10 to be able to transfer it.

Why?
 
i'm getting the same 'issue'

can only assume that this is something to do with cost of tickets and if the person you're transferring to is on the cup scheme, season card or citizen member...

either way it's different to what they do for league games and I'm sure it's different to what they've done earlier this season for CL games

Sold champions league ticket earlier on in the season and didn't have this problem.

Out of curiosity I've tried transferring it to a season ticket holder on the cup scheme and a match day member and still had to pay the tenner. Was happy to take a hit of a 5iver on the ticket but can't afford to take a £15 hit so now have to find a new buyer I think
 
I've DM'd Supporter Services on Twitter about this as I've had same issue. Expect this is a glitch as transfers for Leipzig have been taken offline now from what I can see
 
I just got off the phone to City about this issue. Apparently, it's a fault on the system but they're aware of it and they're currently trying to fix it.

Did they see your mard arse post about your season ticket up for sale a few weeks ago ,
( that was pulled or deleted )
with the fa charges and our players basically given up with this season ?

;-)
 
A lot of issues with the ticket transfer system just lately yet they want everyone to have etickets, home and away games
 
If the people in charge of City’s admin do read this forum, they should reverse the IT changes made this week.
 
Can anyone help me as I'm useless with technology. Just bought an additional Burnley ticket for a mate and received an email to download the ticket to wallet. If I forward the email to him will it download to his wallet (or to mine because the ticket is in my name)? I've tried to transfer the ticket to him because he's on my family and friends list but I just get an error message saying I can't transfer an adult ticket to an adult!!!

Just send the email to them, they can download it

Had an issue yesterday at Palace
My daughter lost her phone enroute to meet me
I just went to my sent emails and downloaded her ticket to my wallet so at least she got in

That's good news - thank you. Was worried I'd end up with 2 tickets on my phone at opposite ends of the ground.

Glad you both got in yesterday. I'm neurotic about my phone now and was much happier with a plastic card but then I'm a FOC!
 
Just discovered that the new format for the transfer page only seems to work using Chrome as the browser. Once you know that it is actually more user friendly than before, but would have been nice if they’d told us!
