PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

This is what City are up against (the aptly named cartel) and have been for a long time now.
City have attempted to level up the playing field, to keep the competition honest (which is in the interests of all other clubs btw).
Yes, there was a wobble (the ESL temptation) but it looks like the club have learnt a lesson from that.
So, no matter what, In City (and Pep)! I Trust.
I took a huge amount of comfort and confidence from Sir Mark Kendrick’s interview. Well done Cheesy.

That was the season that Clattenburg gave an outrageous penalty to Spurs at our place for that so-called handball by Sterling when he turned his back and jumped to block a ball being crossed into the box just a week after we lost 3-1 at home to Leicester
The season before the then 40(?)-year old, highest profile referee in the world's biggest league, all of sudden decided to quit and go to Saudi Arabia mid-season.

Indeed, I’ve never seen convincing evidence it was even inside the penalty area, he couldn’t possibly be certain from where he was stood. And he blew his whistle whilst Sterling was still in the air.

That still pisses me off. I sit in the other end of the stadium in the East Stand and I could see clear as day it wasn’t handball. How the fuck he came to the conclusion it was from 10 yards away is dodgy as fuck.

I zipped through the DS articles today just to check the exent of the accusations. Its absolutely clear they state Ethihad Airways and the other minor UAE sponsors were ALL related parties and actively involved in helping the club distort the annual accounts. They justify the claims using alleged content in stolen emails. What concerns me is why Etihad Airways did not sue DS for libel. They do not imply anything they clearly stare Etihad Airways were complicit. I've not mentioned the here the counter arguments Im just commenting on Ethihads lack of action. If they HAD sued it would have HELPED the club's defence. Another sleep disturbed night incoming.
Its not worth the time and effort, executives need to get on with running the company not spending hours preparing and days away from the job in hand also the possibility of having to reveal confidential information in public CAS verdict was more than sufficient

Just had a look on YouTube at the Spurs game Feb 2016,unbelievable never a pen ball hits Sterling's back also looks outside the box.

It doesn’t depend on who you believe.

There is no doubt we initially refused to cooperate. That’s why there was an arbitration ruling against us, an appeal to the High Court and a further appeal to the court of appeal. This is material that has been publicly available for over 18 months.

Since we lost those appeals there is no doubt we have cooperated with the PL inquiry. The disclosure we have provided would apparently fill a skip. That does not mean that we were not initially guilty of a failure to cooperate
When the club claims otherwise and neither you nor I have proof of the claims of either side, yes, it does!!!
