I know Starmer won't have the balls to do this because it would mean crediting the former leader.

One of the Corbyn manifesto promises was autonomy for the BBC. Making it a democratic institution without political interference from the government of the day.

After this clusterfuck it would be a vote winner for people who appreciate the content it produces away from the News channel.

If that's the case, then there's little point in the show (apologies to anyone without internet access, obviously). Most of that 10 minutes is taken up by action replays of goals/fouls/ attempts.
In that case MotD2's 50 minute long programme on a Sunday (to sometimes cover only 2 games) just proves the amount of waffle we have to put up with

All true. Just thankful they probably won't have time to sell it off before they are booted from office next year.
