Next Manager after Pep

Love Pep nobody better. It’s an entertainment industry. He has entertained us with his entertaining football (do you like my use of the triple-use of the verb to entertain?) but he still frustrates when there’s more to offer the punters. Taking players off when there’s records to be broken? Just go for it FFS! Utd at home we should have jumped up and down on their graves singing hallelujah and yet we took about 6 players off. We could have been watching history. Tonight the same. It’s about making history sometimes and giving the club and the fans something to be proud of.

Also, Pep and Zidane started out with possibly the 2 greatest players of all time, certainly the two best at the time. A luxury we will not have to offer an incoming manager.
I’ve an Erling on the phone to speak with you!

Whoever is the next manager should work as Pep's number two for a couple of years. So they can see at first hand how he works and to soak up his knowledge.

I can’t agree. No top manager is coming in as his deputy.
I wasn't thinking of a top well established manager. I don't think there is anyone close to his levels. More someone like Kompany or Arteta who could watch and learn, then take over.

Neither of them would take an assistant role right now. Arteta especially as he could win the Premier League this season.
