Hes a good player but I don't think he's what we need, we let Zinchenko walk because he couldn't get minutes.

I actually think we need a Chilwell/Tierney type left back that when they play Pep has full trust in them and they suit a certain system that we may need to play to break certain teams down. You could argue they are injury prone but if we get Gvardiol and have Ake/Gvardiol playing in that position whoever the other option is isn't going to get a great run of games and needs to be pushing them day in day out in training.

I get that, looks like he's been great for Burnley but my point with Zincheko is he'd come here and be a real second fiddle and I don't think he wants/needs that. With the way we are playing with this shape, certain targets (Gvardiol) and Ake being outstanding this year I just think it's a transfer that we don't need to happen
