Was traveling back to UK so couldn’t watch the game but I did get some of the match day vibe from the limited Wi-Fi on the plane.
Just in the process of watching the game and I’ve been shocked at the amount of professional fouling Arsenal were allowed to get away with, some really nasty cynical stuff particularly from Gabriel and Partey (horrible fuckers). They should have had at least a red card (Partey)…in truth he should have gone before HT.
One of the highlights for me was how gutted BT were when Stones goal was awarded, they sounded sickened….lol.
I honestly can’t remember better football played by any team.…in any era. We are immense, unstoppable. Pep for me has really taken management and tactics to a new level in the professional game….he’s fucking brilliant. So much so that for the first time this week a couple different rival fans have said they reckon when pep goes we’ll be nowhere near as good…….shows how bitter some of them are I suppose.
Anyway, onwards blues…..could be a fantastic season for us.
