He might give Philips one more season. He wouldn't be the first player to struggle to adapt to their first season under Pep. Remember Grealish? And Rodri? It's a huge change from what they're used to when they come here. Palmer, I could see going out on loan.

There’s an enormous cavern between Philips and the likes of Rodri and Grealish.

You know how much I hate people being negative towards players. But I just don’t see any glimmer of hope with Philips unfortunately.

As I say. Hope I’m wrong.

Yes, but those players still played A LOT of minutes in their first seasons. Phillips on the other hand… he’s off
