Possibly, not sure. Simons has gone from Barca to PSG to PSV, is a strange one, hope he is not the type who wants to keep moving clubs. Has undoubted quality though.

Of course no one will replace DeBruyne literally. There would be no harm in a young player trying to model their game based on how De Bruyne plays. Every player will have their own game.
