Yeah you don’t say lol. Imagine if you were a neutral or another supporter reading this thread. Fuck me.A bit of denial in here tbh. He's obvs going to Madrid barring a dramatic twist.

I think Tolmie deserves a lot more respect than he gets. He’s obviously very well connected at City and this Bellingham to Madrid story is very similar to Haaland last summer. He may have agreed terms with Madrid, but he may not have said no to City and we are waiting if Madrid cough up the money.Yep. A bit like when Villa fans were denying Delph was leaving them (the 2nd time) despite being pictured outside the hospital awaiting his medical.
It’s obvious Bellingham will go to Madrid now (barring a dramatic change) and people are denying it in the same way. Obviously I hope that change happens, but right now as it stands, he’s clearly not coming to City.

I don’t know how happy Madrid will be to wait this out considering who they’re allegedly going after. It’s going to take a lot of cash and time and they can’t afford to let this drag out and miss on their targets. We seem to have most of our business done so we can stall a bitIt’s not that clear cut. Unfortunately Bellingham preferring Madrid and just waiting to agree a fee and Madrid posturing to get City to drop out of the race both look the same from the outside. If Bellingham had told City he wants Madrid, we would have briefed that we’re no longer interested.
My own take is that Bellingham has agreed terms with both Madrid and ourselves and will go to either, probably preferring Madrid. We know Madrid won’t pay full price so we’re waiting until either Bellingham says Madrid or bust or Madrid give up due to price and we pounce.
Our problem is that Madrid will be happy to drag this out, we’ll need to replace Bernardo and can’t afford to have missed out on Bellingham alternatives.

That’s exactly what Tolmie is alluding to. He’s pretty much bang on most of the time and there’s definitely something fishy about it already being a done deal. I believe every word that Tolmie has said regarding the current situation, Madrid are desperate for us to bail out of the deal.I trust Tolmie. I think our position is just a case of that if he doesn’t go to Madrid then we’re waiting in the wings having already agreed personal terms.
my question to you is how are you not seeing it ahah. Good old Ramano making a post every other day it seems, albeit its the same post with different wording! What are people seeing that I am not that convinces them that Bellingham is a done deal to Madrid?
There isn’t anything concrete on where Bellingham is going. Just a few Know it alls that insist it is a done deal and want to lecture the rest of us.What are people seeing that I am not that convinces them that Bellingham is a done deal to Madrid?

Well that only source happens to be the biggest transfer source in the universe. Whether we like it or not it’s the truth. There isn’t anything concrete on where Bellingham is going. Just a few Know it alls that insist it is a done deal and want to lecture the rest of us.
Literally the only sources acting like it is done are Romano and Madrid Zome. Personally, I’ll wait for a credible journalist to say we are out before I give up hope. The Northern football correspondent for the Telegraph said just yesterday he doesn’t think it is a dime deal yet.

It’s well documented that Romano gets stuff wrong all the time. He is already changed his stance on what he thinks Madrid is willing to pay for Bellingham. I’ll wait for a credible journalist to chime in.Well that only source happens to be the biggest transfer source in the universe. Whether we like it or not it’s the truth.
Who blinks first in terms of agreeing the deal with the club will get the signature.I'd just refer to the fact the wider consensus reported he had long agreed a done deal with Liverpool, yet I said they weren't even in the mix.
Doesn't mean Madrid moves are wrong, just that the flow of info has been good up to the moment cards have to now be on the table.
You can’t believe anything that the Madrid media come up with either. City haven’t briefed the media to say we’re out of the deal, which is something we normally do.I'd just refer to the fact the wider consensus reported he had long agreed a done deal with Liverpool, yet I said they weren't even in the mix.

If Dortmund don't blink, Madrid don't get him.
Simple as that.
