First saw GnR at Donnington 1988, which was mental - thankfully we'd moved from in front of the stage before they came on. About 20,000 fans too many that day.

Then tried to see them at Maine Rd when Axl had a hissy fit, as usual, and came on stage about 90 minutes late, so saw about 20 minutes before had to leave for the last train.

Tonight it's a fat bloke being supported by talented musicians who can't cover for him. There's something to be said for the legacy of the ones who got out at 27
