Not really the thread for it, but it's not a problem with the Twitter platform. There is a societal issue with the way people behave anonymously on the internet compared to how they behave in real life. For example, we have a small internet business and when a customer doesn't like something it's all insults and ridiculous language on Facebook. When my wife calls them, it's always sweetness and light and easy resolution. It's a bizarre phenomenon.
