Here's a question, I've made a lot of Scotch eggs but have no idea how they make ones with a runny yolk in the middle. Any idea ?

Probably similar to what food places do with poached eggs & throw them in ice water to prevent the yolk from cooking any further, then deep fried

It's the man handling of the sausage meat that makes it difficult, maybe I squeeze mine too hard, get a runny explosion out of the end

What about that perennial favourite of the Royle family, eggy bread? Must admit tried it once and wasn’t overly impressed…

You can`t beat eggy bread with bacon or sausage on the top of it with brown sauce.

I can only eat them in the house, as I end up with it all over my face and whatever I’m wearing. Totally delicious but carnage.

Every way, scrambled poached fried omelette cant get enough of them. Might go for a new egg record soon I did 35 once but was bit boring having 2 fried eggs with dinner every night.

Do you eat chicken,bacon,liver,beef,lamb,pork,venison,pigs trotters,black puddings,sausage,rabbit,fish,scampi,
prawns,lobster,crab ... or do you just suffer from crabs ? ;)

Knew a fella once (ex work colleague) he was tight as a nuns chuff, we had a really good canteen that was heavily subsidised and he still wouldn’t pay the prices. Anyway, he used to boil two eggs every day, use the water out of the pan for his brew, he’d put the eggs in his pockets to keep his hands warm, two slices of bread in another pocket, and take the batteries out of his clock, before setting off for work!

Many an egg banjo on exercise if you asked the cooks nice when you were on stag.

I was round my Sister’s and she buys her eggs from a farm shop and cracked one into the pan and out plopped a dead chick.

She shit herself and picnicked a bit, I just told her to fry that up and I’d eat it!
