Are these fines ring fenced into a pot to help creditors if a club does go bust or go into the big (under statement) UEFA pot for travel and accommodation?

It’s reverse colonialism! Ffs. Ronay uses the terms Saudi and the UAE interchangeably - I’m sure it’s no error so he can rubbish us as much as he can in his bitter article. Somehow, people don’t see it as racist when they just lump in the UAE with Saudi or Qatar. You’d think now that our owner would be held up as a beacon to follow. As far as I know the UAE have never wanted to do anything like Saudi, and the fact thing is, they’d do it miles better and players wouldn’t need 6x their wages to go to Dubai.
