Having thought about it a bit more it’s hardly surprising so many players want out. We as fans absolutely love pep but my god working with him every day for the past 5/6/7 years must be mentally exhaustig
Think you are spot, Pep is the greatest manager ever, full stop. Pretty sure his demands on the players are quite exacting, with little chance to drop standards, and keep their place.

I am sure he doesn't suffer fools gladly, but all the players know ultimately success, trophies and medals WILL follow. Unfortunately many may find it too intense and see after last years success, a good time to move on.

Interesting how many of his ex players talk of his ability to improve them and also how he made them see the game in a different way. Albeit at the time it was tough to take

Pep has been here since 2016, and ever since all other teams in England have tried to copy him. Often imitated, never equalled.

Never equalled as Pep knows he has to tweak the side, formation and tactics every season

Evolution not revolution, but sometimes needs must.

Trust in Pep, and his executive team.

Just think you could be supporting the Trafford Tax Dodgers

Raphina and Olmo...Europa League level or CL group stage level at best.

Neither are anywhere near good enough to lace one of Mahrez' boots let alone him as a complete player.

Exactly this, and you sum up their level perfectly. No way should we even consider those two. They’re Aston Villa level at best.

Which is why he needs to go on loan, so if he isn’t that good someone else drops points and not us.

If he turns out amazing then we get him back after a season with somewhere like Fulham or Palace.

A loan is a death sentence for 95% of City youngsters. He looks like he's just about survived last year. If we send him on another one, there is a zero percent chance he'll ever make it here.
